Hello! I’m Desiree Lawn founder of Energy Health Insights.

I was so EXHAUSTED trying to do it all as a wife, mother and career woman. Something had to give….

While working 18-hour days in my real estate career, my tooth cracked, and that triggered a severe autoimmune reaction leading to extreme fatigue (CFS/ME), fibromyalgia, insomnia, being tired and wired, leaky gut and more mystery symptoms.

I used my analytical skills to do research and found functional medicine and completed the Functional Diagnostic Nutrition certification program to become Certified FDN Practitioner to help people access functional lab testing and provide coaching support for clients to make lifestyle changes to feel better and get their lives back. 

Diet and lifestyle changes can be very supportive, but they take discipline and can be slow to see results. I wondered if there was something more that could speed up my healing and elevate my energy.

I decided to be open-minded and look broader to energy tools and healing. Everything is energy and energy can change instantly. I had to find a way to manage my energy naturally. I discovered the NES Health BioEnergetiX WellNES System, and became a Certified NES Health Practitioner. I trained in NLP, Reconnective Healing, Power of 8, Awakening the Illuminated Heart, HeartCore Leadership Training, and learned about heart-brain coherence and how to tune into my heart, listen to my intuition and live intentionally and became a Soul Body Fusion® Practitioner.

I had to become my own energy health detective and found energy healing tools and spiritual energy practices that boosted my energy fast, and created healing, peace, calm and joy in my daily life. I now have a wholistic Energy Health Toolkit to create total transformational healing on all levels: physical, mental, emotional and spiritual, and I want to share them with YOU.

So about 6 months ago my mom was doing some research to help me figure out how to handle my auto immune condition. She came across NES Infoceuticals and then preceded to find a practitioner in San Diego. This is how  I came to meet Desiree. Our first meeting was focused on the NES protocol and auto immune. As Desiree and I were talking she mentioned she does energy healing. I am very familiar with energy work and right away I knew I needed to try it. The first healing was amazing.  She touched on all things that were issues for me with out me giving details . From that first healing I knew Desiree was gifted, smart, in tune and very well versed in her skill. I have been seeing her regular and each time it’s like another layer of discord gets peeled away. I can feel the difference after each healing. I had an awful migraine and couldn’t make one of our sessions. Desiree did it via email and in about an hour I was like wow I can see straight ! I knew it was the healing. Today we did something interesting. We did a healing/clearing of my home. I had had a horrible ulcer like stomach ache all day. She asked questions about the lay out of my home and then proceeded to check the home for areas of energetic disarray . It’s funny because she mentioned the cold water pipe that leads to my washer. I laughed and said “Omg wait until I tell you the story of that pipe that had a mind of its own.” She cleared the energy not only on the pipes but other things.
